Write the voice guide together
Your persona guide should record how you introduce yourself, the tone you prefer, subjects you avoid, and phrases you would never use. Add examples of acceptable replies and clear limits for sales conversations. A voice guide is an approval document, not permission to invent personal facts or make promises on your behalf.
Set boundaries that a team can follow
| Situation | Instruction to agree |
|---|---|
| A request outside your limits | Decline without negotiation and flag repeated pressure |
| A question about who is replying | Give an accurate answer; do not misrepresent the team |
| A custom request | Escalate before agreeing price, content, or delivery |
| A complaint or refund request | Record it and route it to the authorized decision maker |
| A safety concern | Stop the conversation and follow the agreed escalation process |
Creators must have full access to their chats and the ability to review activity. Approval of a persona never authorizes fabricated relationships, misleading claims, or pressure to buy. These are the standards to put in the written service specification.
Coverage and quality are separate questions
Ask what hours are covered, how handovers work, who supervises replies, and how mistakes are corrected. Do not infer a guaranteed response time from the word “support.” Review a sample of conversations for accuracy, respect for boundaries, and unresolved requests as well as sales.
[MISSING FACT: confirmed coverage, response targets, access method, chat audit frequency, and escalation owner]. Confirm the current OnlyFans terms and permissible delegation before granting access.
Be precise about what the fee covers
Does the fee apply to all account revenue or only revenue from messages? How are refunds, tips, renewals, and sales outside staffed hours treated? Is there a minimum monthly charge? Our pricing page identifies the questions still awaiting a written answer.
If your inbox is manageable but new subscriptions are slow, marketing support may address the more relevant problem. Review your workload before buying a larger service.
