01 · Tell us what you need
Use the application to share your creator name, contact details, platforms, and goals. Follower and earnings ranges are optional. Keep passwords, identification documents, and intimate content out of your application. This stage does not commit you to a management agreement.
02 · Compare the proposed work with your priorities
Discuss what currently takes your time, what you want to keep doing yourself, and what you would like to delegate. Ask who would handle each workstream. A beginner may need a different scope from a creator with a large content library or a busy inbox.
03 · Resolve the terms in writing
Review commission, scope, expenses, minimum term, notice, renewal, access, payouts, and content rights. Request a sample report and an invoice example. Get independent advice on unfamiliar terms. Our contract checklist gives you questions to take into that review.
04 · Approve the access and content plan
Agree who can access which systems and how permission is removed. Record your persona, boundaries, escalation contacts, and approval rules. Review the current platform terms before choosing an access method. No access method is assumed to be authorized simply because an agency offers it.
05 · Start with a reviewable baseline
Keep a dated record of the starting position: eligible revenue, costs, workload, existing campaigns, and outstanding commitments. Agree when you will review the first period and what evidence the report should include.
06 · Review, adjust, or hand over
Use the review to decide whether the scope is still useful. If you stop, reconcile invoices, transfer working files, remove access, and document any unfinished tasks. The exact handover obligations belong in the agreement.
